Careers Guidance / Next Steps

The MNTS considers this to be an important part of the child or young person’s educational planning, in liaison with school especially at KS4. The MNTS pupils access their careers advisor from school, through their personal education planning meetings.  Young people’s mainstream schools or specialist settings will have published the details of the Careers Leader and summary of their careers programme on their websites.

Across the service we encourage discussion about future aspirations to inform personalised education programmes. This is facilitated by support staff across the service with a tailored offer for each setting.
